How Do I Become A Member of Grace Baptist Church?
The following was taken from our Church Constitution.
The membership of Grace Baptist Church shall consist of such persons who profess faith in Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior, who have been scripturally baptized by immersion by a New Testament Church, who commit their lives to Jesus Christ, and who adopt the views of faith and practice heretofore and hereinafter provided.
A candidate for membership will be counseled by the Pastor and/or Deacons as to their salvation and baptism experience, willingness to accept the aims and ideals of the Church as explained in this Constitution, By-laws, Church Covenant, and Baptist Faith and Message; and to support the ongoing programs of this Church. Upon an affirmative vote of the members present, said person will then become a member of the Church.
